Retail & Office fitout

For our client we provided a 3D model, layout drawings and joinery specification. We installed the ‘merchandising’, ‘retail light’, ‘highbay’, ‘pallet racking’, ‘slimline racking’ and a wide variety of shopfitting components were employed within the various departments of this large format store. Extra storage, roller shutters, glass doors, clad panels and a number of custom fittings were invented to fit around our shelving system to provide the ideal merchandising solution for our client.

Cemac initially provided our client with assistance for the concept for their new branch. A 3D model was drawn to assist in decision making. Once agreed the layout and building plans were created and the fitout project managed. Liason with sportsbrands for custom zones within the store was required. We utilized the autopole and slatwall shopfitting systems, custom built furniture and supplied custom joinery for the service and storage areas. Flooring and electrical fitout were also completed.

A major accountancy firm chose Cemac to deliver the full fitout of two floors in their Hamilton tower building This involved Cemac in the design of floor layouts and joinery, sourcing components and managing a three staged project over 5 months, whilst the client maintained business as usual on site. Formway furniture is used extensively on this project to provide a durable solution with clean, contemporary lines; Grid2 workstations and accessories, Carmen screens, Traffic storage units, MET tables, Life chairs and Arq chairs are all evident throughout. Thonet seating is in reception, the staff lounge and café … the classical Leeuwin sofa and chairs are impressive in reception and the eye catching X3 chairs and stools bring a vibrant feel to the café.

When Ecolab built its new of?ce building in Te Rapa, Cemac was asked to provide the ?tout solution… with the client occupying all 3 ?oors this was a great opportunity to showcase the breadth of the Cemac product range… from storeroom to boardroom! Precision panel shelving is used to store archives and Smartstore tambour cabinets are throughout the of?ces for personal storage. Formway Grid executive desks with Arq work chairs are in the individual of?ces and a mix of Grid and Free workstations are used in the open plan spaces. MET tables from Formway are in all meeting rooms, including the boardroom and Arq meeting chairs are used with these tables. Formway Plus soft seating and coffee tables welcome you at reception and into the various lounges and breakout areas. Cassia tables work well in both the café and training room with Chilli café chairs and Chats seminar chairs respectively.

The Hub provides a dynamic and stimulating gathering point and is the central focus of the Wintec campus in Hamilton, housing a library, information commons, study areas and a café. Cemac supplied and installed Precision Futura shelving in the library. This included a wide range of display accessories to cater for the various demands of today’s library… i.e. sloping, up tilt and slotted shelves as well as video/DVD and pull out reference shelves, AV bag, hang rails and browser bins. In addition, Cemac provided timber end panels for the shelving, glass showcases, newspaper reading desks and OPAC tables, all of which are designed to complement this vibrant learning facility.

We supplied and installed Dexion Pallet racking and shelving to the warehouse area of this large format store. This strong and versatile system suited our client’s needs perfectly and the product is assembled, placed and fixed down in no time at all. Drawings are provided to identify the layout and passage ways before any orders are placed.
