Paul Jones started with Cemac in 1990 and took ownership in 1999. PJ brings with him a very practical way of thinking and positive nature. Paul intends to concentrate on driving the new ‘Dexion product’ side of the business over the next few years, opening up even more opportunities for us to offer our service. Get Paul to tell you about his new career as a part-time race driver (if you have a spare few hours) Paul has supplied a large number of mobile shelving products around the Waikato and has found himself out on the tools helping on key account fitouts more recently.
David Fitness joined Cemac in 1993, from a background of Sales and Administration. As a well-versed player in the commercial fitout industry. David is a link between architects and clients and enjoys the diverse nature the business offers, he revels in explaining the benefits of using quality furniture in a commercial environment to our clients and with his good humour (and dodgy accents), is a natural entertainer. As a biking enthusiast he’s always on the go. Dave completed a few large office fitouts in the last year among other projects.
Steve Mills joined in 2006 after arriving from England, with a design and project management background. Steve takes care of all the plans, concept drawing and presentation, and focuses on providing a quality service to our key account clients. Steve handles the majority of shopfitting enquiries and keeps us up to date with the latest products available. Steve is a football fan and a golfer, so doesn’t get much two-way chat around here. Recently completed projects for Sunnys and RD1, aswell as introducing new marketing material have kept Steve busy this year.
Belinda Jones brings her experience in retail to the business but focuses mainly on the internal administration of the business aswell as running front of house. You’ll always receive a warm welcome, and probably a coffee, when you visit our showroom thanks to Belinda. Organizing social outings and teaching aerobics (not in the office) are all in a days work for Belinda. She is also quite useful on the hand-gun range.
Peter Hall is still the ‘latest’ addition since joining in 2007 to become the installations manager. From a background as a geologist, he still gets to see a lot of new and sometimes strange places. Aswell as being a key installer Pete puts the right sub-contractors on the right projects to maintain a good coverage of expertise on site. He enjoys getting his hands dirty in his hobby of Off-road driving too. Pete has had a hand in most large scale fitouts this year, along with all the others.
